Position Overview:We’re seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, excels at consultative selling, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS products, cloud solutions, and the subscription-based business model.
  • Comfortable working in a data-driven and metrics-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales enablement tools, and lead generation platforms.
  • Self-starter mindset with a drive to learn and grow in a startup culture.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background in consultative or solution selling.
  • Experience with enterprise sales or long sales cycles.
