Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a passionate and driven sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and commercial acumen to drive the growth and development of our Trade and Commercial portfolio within Cabot’s.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this integral role is responsible for increasing the market share of Cabot’s Premium Woodcare Brands in the Trade and Commercial space across Brisbane and the broader QLD state. This role involves leading commercial projects and specifications, driving profitable growth in the flooring market, coaching and upskilling team members to achieve the overall state budget for trade, and spending significant time with the Cabot’s commercial team, architects, specifiers, subcontractors, and contractors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the trade channel within the QLD Cabot’s team, focusing on commercial projects and specifications.
  • Coach and upskill team members to achieve the state budget for trade.
  • Collaborate extensively with the Cabot’s commercial team, architects, specifiers, subcontractors, and contractors.
  • Develop and deliver state strategy plan for Trade, working through others to execute strategies for CPWB growth.
