Get to know our Team: MyTree is a platform that helps to redistribute unsold inventories in the F&B market from suppliers to consumers. Through this platform, we aim to improve efficiency and productivity of F&B users to achieve more with less resources and preventing any unnecessary wastage. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in helping the company communicate more effectively and persuasively with consumers and sellers. In doing so, you will ensure the operational fluency by improving customer acquisition and retention as well as raising brand awareness. Responsibilities: Identify and source potential sales channels Reach out to potential new accounts via phone, email and in-person meetings to fact find and generate leads Onboard channels and train them to function as collection points Tracking and maintaining of buyer’s accounts Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer enquiries and issues in a timely manner Build and develop customer relationships with all collection point Conduct market research with buyers to develop and implement resources that increase their capabilities as a collection point Requirements: Minimum Diploma 1-3 years of prior experience in a similar position Great communication and interpersonal skills Proactive and able to work independently Proficiency in multiple languages strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and detail oriented Persistent go-getter attitude Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Must be based in Klang Valley/Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities
The Executive will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential sales channels, reaching out to new accounts to generate leads, and onboarding and training these channels to function as collection points. They must also track buyer accounts, resolve customer issues, and build strong customer relationships with all collection points.
