PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our Financial Services team in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing key existing relationship(s) while identifying and converting new business opportunities across the Financial Services sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction, growth, and renewal of services.
  • Business Development: Pursue new sales opportunities within identified targets in the MEA financial services sector.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and aligning Infosys’ digital and IT solutions accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and solutioning teams to shape winning proposals.
  • Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor moves, and client requirements to anticipate market needs.
  • Understand the Sales Cycle: Support the sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and relationship management.
  • CRM, Reporting and Operations: Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospective activities using the CRM system. Provide regular forecasts and performance reports. Manage account operations across the sales and execution cycle – managing contractual documents and commitments, invoicing, collections etc.
