REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • UAE National (Emirati passport holders only ).
  • 5+ years’ proven experience in business development/sales within events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing.
  • Strong client network in government, semi-government, and private sectors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  • A natural leader with strong cultural understanding, professionalism, and ambition to represent Emirati women in leadership.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and well-networked Emirati professional who is passionate about the events and exhibitions industry. The Business Development Manager will lead client engagement, drive sales growth, and represent Media Land Group in key forums.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of events in the UAE while representing the voice of Emirati in a leadership position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in events, exhibitions, and activations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, government entities, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Represent Media Land Group at pitches, industry forums, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay ahead of UAE market trends and contribute to positioning Media Land Group as a trusted and innovative partner.
