Description:
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- UAE National
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored pitches and presentations for potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activities and customer feedback to enhance offerings and sales approaches.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Ensure all client interactions, contracts, and agreements are documented accurately and promptly.
- Assist in organizing and attending promotional events, trade shows, and meetings to enhance brand visibility.
