QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • UAE National
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor activities and customer feedback to enhance offerings and sales approaches.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
  • Ensure all client interactions, contracts, and agreements are documented accurately and promptly.
