Independent Sales Agent – Custom Merchandise (UAE) Commission-Only Opportunity | No Fixed Salary About T3F Solutions T3F Solutions supplies customized and branded merchandise to hotels, restaurants, cafés, corporate offices, and event management companies across the UAE. Our product range includes staff uniforms, mugs and drinkware, ornaments, promotional products, and a wide variety of customized corporate gifts. We are looking for motivated, independent sales agents who can help us expand our customer base and generate business opportunities across the UAE. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, corporate offices, and event management companies. Connect with key decision-makers, such as General Managers, F&B Managers, Purchasing Managers, Marketing Managers, and HR professionals. Understand clients’ current and upcoming requirements and introduce suitable customized merchandise solutions. Generate leads, secure orders, and build long-term business relationships. Develop repeat business by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Leverage your professional network and industry contacts to generate sales opportunities. What T3F Solutions Provides Product catalogues and price lists. Free product mockups within 24 hours. Professional quotations and order coordination. Production, delivery, and customer service managed by our team. A clear, written commission agreement. Commission Structure 10% commission on the profit earned from every order secured through your sales efforts. Commission is payable after the customer has paid T3F Solutions in full. Payments will be made by bank transfer after each qualifying order is paid in full. Please note: This is a commission-only independent sales opportunity. No fixed salary, allowance, visa sponsorship, transportation, or other employment benefits are provided. Ideal Candidate Experience in sales, hospitality, uniforms, printing, promotional products, or corporate gifting is an advantage, but not essential. Has an established professional network or is confident in contacting and visiting potential clients. Possesses good communication and negotiation skills. Speaks English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an added advantage. Is self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Has the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Professional Experience and Background. Sales Experience: Prior background in B2B sales, business development, corporate gifting, or field sales is an advantage, though motivated self-starters with a strong drive will also be considered. Industry Familiarity: Direct experience or existing familiarity with the HoReCa sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), corporate procurement, or the promotional merchandise and apparel/uniform industry. Network and Market Access. Industry Connections: An established professional network and active contacts among General Managers, F&B Managers, Purchasing Managers, Marketing Managers, or HR professionals across the UAE. Target Prospecting: Comfortable and proactive in independently sourcing, pitching, and building a pipeline of corporate clients, hospitality venues, and event management companies. Key Skills and Competencies. Business Development and Closing: Proven ability to drive lead generation, present custom product solutions, negotiate pricing, handle objections, and successfully close B2B deals. Relationship Management: Skilled at fostering long-term client relationships to secure repeat orders and recurring revenue. Autonomy and Drive: Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently on a commission-only structure without micro-management. Communication and Language. Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Multilingual Advantage: Proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is strongly preferred for effective local market outreach across diverse UAE business sectors.
