REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 to 5 years experience in business development, preferably in HR Tech, Fintech, or Recruitment.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages will be an advantage.
  • UAE market experience is preferred.
