POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lead generation strategies and experience in the web development industry. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can identify potential clients, generate high-quality leads, and support the sales team in driving revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role, preferably within the web development or digital marketing industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and support sales efforts.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with web development services and digital marketing trends is a plus, preferably gained within an agency environment
Responsibilities
  • Lead Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Outreach Strategy: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies using various channels such as email, social media, and cold calling.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with the company’s ideal customer profile.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate and detailed information on prospects.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling outreach materials, including email templates, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Follow-Up: Schedule and conduct follow-up communications with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Event Participation: Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
