The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating new business, and driving sales growth in the Interior and Architectural sectors. Key Responsibilities • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the target market. • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, consultants, property developers, and corporate clients. • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and potential leads. • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements. • Collaborate with internal design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. • Represent our Client at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums. • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management. Preferred Experience • 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales. • Exposure to high-value projects in commercial, residential, architectural, or luxury segments. • A UAE drivers license is preferred.
