Walfrid Private implement strategic plans with their clients to ensure they achieve financial independence sooner than they ever imagined possible by structuring long term bespoke financial cashflows. We work with clients nationwide, to ensure Wealth Development through multi-channel cashflows that are structured tax efficiently.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a phone-based sales or outbound customer service role.
  • Excellent phone manner with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with professionalism.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in financial services is advantageous but not essential – full training provided.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We currently have an opening for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the executive will be responsible for contacting incoming leads to arrange appointments with our Financial Advisors or register prospects for webinars.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with warm leads generated through targeted social media campaigns, primarily business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Make outbound calls to prospects to qualify interest and explain the benefits of the Zero Tax Property proposition.
  • Register qualified leads for webinars hosted by our financial advisory team.
  • Schedule follow-up consultations and appointments with financial advisors.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, Business Development Manager and advisory team to ensure seamless lead handover and client experience.
  • Proactively follow up with past leads to reignite interest and nurture long-term opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the Zero Tax Property offering and key industry trends to speak confidently and persuasively with prospects.
