We're looking for a self-driven Sales & Business Development Executive who thrives on closing deals and building lasting client relationships. • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across target markets
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers
• Lead discovery calls, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs
• Close deals across our service portfolio and consistently hit revenue targets
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
• Track pipeline activity and report on sales performance metrics

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development (digital agency experience)
• Solid understanding of digital services, including Custom Web & App Development, WordPress, Shopify/E-commerce, Mobile Apps, AI/ML Solutions, SEO, and Lead Generation
• Sharp communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
