BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – WATER & ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS Salary Range: - 10-20 million IDR Location: - Jakarta, Indonesia Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Indonesia market. - Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients and decision-makers. - Leverage existing customer networks to generate sales opportunities and expand market presence. - Promote solutions related to: - Water & Wastewater Treatment - Water Reuse & Recycling - Environmental Solutions - Industrial Reliability Systems - Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and commercial discussions. - Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery. - Manage sales pipeline and achieve business targets. - Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements. Requirements: - Minimum 2–5 years of B2B business development or sales experience in one or more of the following industries: - Industrial Water Treatment - Wastewater Treatment - Environmental Solutions - Industrial Utilities - Process Engineering - Industrial Equipment / EPC - Existing customer network and proven access to industrial accounts in Indonesia is highly preferred. - Experience managing customers from industries such as: - Manufacturing - Food & Beverage - Data Centres - Pharmaceutical - Chemicals - Energy & Utilities - Industrial Parks - Ability to independently source leads and develop business opportunities. Preferred Profile: - Candidates who already have relationships with plant managers, engineering managers, facility managers, utility managers, procurement teams, or factory owners. - Track record of opening accounts and converting industrial projects.
Responsibilities
