The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in relationship building, lead generation, and professional communication with international clients. Responsibilities: Generate leads using LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and various other platforms Engage with accounting firms and businesses within the UK and US markets Arrange meetings for the senior sales team Consistently follow up with prospects and nurture ongoing relationships Create proposals, presentations, and introductory emails Maintain the CRM system and keep sales activities up to date Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation efforts Conduct research on target companies and key decision-makers Requirements: Strong knowledge of the UK and US accounting industries Experience in accounting outsourcing, bookkeeping, taxation, or related fields is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in cold calling and email communication Proficient with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation tools Positive attitude with a results-driven mindset Basic understanding of accounting terminology is a plus Good-to-have skills Business development
