  • Role Description Looking for energetic candidates who can deliver the following.Converse well in English with customers
  • Handle all queries from customers and ensure all queries are resolved
  • Follow-up for payments and communicate any delays
  • Maintain up-to-date records for all communications made
  • EligibilityBasic graduation with very good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Must be willing to work extended hours as per the requirements of the team
  • Good MS Excel and email skills
