About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Workplace Technology Solutions team. This role focuses on driving new business growth, identifying opportunities with corporate clients, and promoting innovative solutions that enhance workplace productivity, collaboration, and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with corporate and enterprise clients. Promote and sell workplace technology solutions such as AV/UC systems, smart office solutions, and workplace management platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and partners. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, project, and marketing) to ensure solution alignment and client satisfaction. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM. 5+ years of B2B business development experience in technology, IT solutions, or AV/Workplace systems. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with corporate workplace technologies (e.g., video conferencing, room booking, digital signage, smart office systems).
