UAE Market Knowledge – Deep understanding of Dubai’s transport landscape, regulations, and key players.
Networking & Relationships – Existing connections with key decision-makers in hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors.
Sales-Driven – Target-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Excellent Communication – Strong negotiation and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Valid UAE Driving License – Preferred for client visits and relationship management.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth across our bus and coach transportation services (hotels, malls, corporate clients) and luxury chauffeur services (VIP, business class, high-end clientele). The ideal candidate will have a strong network, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to close high-value deals in the UAE market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Development – Identify and secure new B2B clients for bus, shuttle, and luxury chauffeur services, targeting hotels, malls, corporate offices, and airlines.
  • Relationship Management – Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in hospitality, aviation, retail, and corporate sectors.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue and expand market presence.
  • Client Consultation – Understand client needs and tailor transport solutions to meet their operational and VIP service requirements.
  • Contract Negotiation – Lead discussions on pricing, SLAs, and service agreements with key clients.
  • Market Intelligence – Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and customer preferences in Dubai’s transport sector.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
