DESCRIPTION

As we continue to experience explosive growth, Codec are currently seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Executive for our Financial Solutions Business and to join our growing ERP & EPM organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in UK and Ireland across all Industries. You will play a crucial role in growing our organization by finding new opportunities, researching leads, establishing relationships and acquiring new customers. The ideal candidate excels in a high-energy environment, is relentless, focused and knows what it takes to stay competitive.
You will ideally have a background in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure but experience in account management & business development within an IT solutions and or services provider or experience of finance functions would also be considered

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

• 7+ years of selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV to SMB and enterprise customers
• Knowledge of EPM & ERP solutions to a level where the benefits can be clearly communicated.
• Strong communication skills; strong selling, negotiating and closing skills
• Proven sales experience and capabilities.
• Ability to turn customer problems into opportunities
• Knowledge of wider Microsoft stack, Solver and EPM technologies is advantageous.
• Highly motivated and ambitious with a drive to succeed and achieve targets.

• Assist with the sales strategy of the ERP & EPM Practices.
• Grow the pipelines through marketing and sales
• Initiate strategic opportunities at large accounts and own the sales cycle for same
• Manage the Business Development activity to develop and execute a strong business development plan through market planning, account planning, marketing strategies, and account management resulting in tangible and measurable success.
• Building strong personal and trusting relationships with clients, consulting, and providing expert advice that will result in tailored solutions to clients
• Manage the preparation, presentation and negotiation of client proposals and solutions, including the provision of effort estimates and costings for full solution implementations also working closely with the bid team to deliver world class bids and proposals to customers
• Drive the cross-selling engagement to maximise the Financial Systems penetration across the Codec base of customers
• Maintain a “Trusted Advisor” relationship with the customer and identify opportunities for further project work.
