This role is crucial in identifying growth opportunities and forging strong partnerships that will enhance our offerings in the homecare market. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities in the homecare sector Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, agencies, and community organizations Conduct market research to analyze trends and client needs within the homecare industry Create and present tailored proposals to potential clients and partners Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with market demands Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and market trends Participate in industry conferences and events to elevate the brand's presence Previous experience in business development within the homecare or healthcare sector Strong understanding of homecare services and industry regulations Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build relationships and drive business growth Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach Able to work independently as well as part of a team Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and partners
