Description

Job Description: * Identify the power semiconductor production chain (wafer, device, module, OEM) market trends * Monitor power semiconductor companies (IDM, OSAT, Design, OEM) healthy/development plans * Insight test technical requirements/standard/trends at each node on power semiconductor market to find strategic opportunities * Prioritize power semiconductor market segments & develop value proposition * Support Sales & Eng teams to properly position our product portfolio * Roll-out Advantest power tester NPI/NSI (New Product / Solution Introduction) and define promotion plan * Track competitor moves, pricing and China local strategies and analyze competition positioning & deliver local strategic plans * Contribute to aligning with Advantest BU for R&D roadmaps Qualifications Must Qualifications: * Bachelors or master’s degree in in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or related fields. * Experience in marketing/business development/sales (or equivalent) * ≥7 years in power-semiconductor test/ATE industry, experienced professionals with a background in power semiconductor devices (SiC,/GaN, IGBT) or power test systems know-how. * Demonstrated strong personal leadership & good team player. * Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to discuss technical and business solutions directly with industry leaders. * Proactive, self-disciplined and highly motivated. * Fluent Chinese and English skills combined with an interest in travel (approx. 20%).
