Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for securing sponsorship and exhibition opportunities across our conferences. You’ll research new industries, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop bespoke sponsorship packages that deliver real ROI for clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Identifying and researching new industry sectors and potential sponsors.
  • Building and maintaining a sales database.
  • Cold-calling new business prospects and nurturing warm leads.
  • Engaging with senior decision-makers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Creating compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Managing current client accounts and ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Attending and running conferences, ensuring sponsors receive exceptional service on the day.
  • Collaborating with marketing to optimise sales and lead generation strategies.
    Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a high-energy, tenacious, and ambitious individual who is excited about working in a sales-driven environment.

  • Minimum of one years work experience (sales experience preferred but not essential).
  • Confident communicator – comfortable engaging with senior professionals.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a hunger for success.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive in finding new business opportunities.
  • A professional and well-presented approach when dealing with clients.
