This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role at the core of Moonlight's growth engine. As our Sales and Growth Manager, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and retaining clients. You will be selling directly to US-based executives and founders, so your ability to communicate confidently, write compelling outreach, and close with confidence is everything. This is not a coordinator role. This is not a strategy-only role. This is a builder and closer role for someone who wants real ownership and real results. What You Will Do Drive outbound and inbound sales efforts to grow Moonlight's client base of US executives and founders Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal and close Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools such as Pipedrive Craft compelling outreach messages, email sequences, and pitch decks tailored to executive audiences Identify and pursue new market opportunities and referral channels Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities Track and report on pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and revenue KPIs weekly Collaborate with the founding team to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy Create sales enablement materials including one-pagers, objection handling scripts, and case studies 5 or more years of experience in a B2B sales, business development, or growth role Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets Near-native or fluent English: written and spoken, with strong executive communication skills Experience selling to or working with US-based clients or companies Comfortable owning strategy and execution without a large team behind you Proficiency with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce Strong writing skills: you can craft a cold email and a pitch deck with equal confidence Self-starter mindset: you thrive in a fast-paced, remote, startup environment Experience in staffing, professional services, or SaaS is a strong advantage Salary Range ($1600 - $2000 / monthly) Private Health Insurance Paid Time Off Work From Home Performance Bonus Incentives and Commissions
