ABOUT SECFIX

At Secfix, we’re at the forefront of automating security compliance for startups and SMBs in Europe. We help companies get and stay ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX, and SOC 2 fast and easy and reduce hundreds of hours of manual work.
Secfix is run by a 100% remote team with hubs in Munich, Berlin and London. We’re a high-performing team looking for a passionate, execution-focused intern to help us automate security and compliance for modern companies and become the European compliance automation leader. We’re backed by top VCs, including Octopus Ventures, Neosfer (Commerzbank), founders of Signavio and many more business angels.

You should apply if:

  • You are a student or recent graduate looking to gain experience in business development, GTM, or tech startups
  • You love building relationships and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone or hit “send” on a bold email
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • You are naturally empathetic and curious—you love learning about people and their problems
  • You want to build and improve outreach strategies and add structure to chaotic environments
  • You are creative and proactive—always looking for ways to stand out and test new approaches
  • You are tech-savvy and excited to learn tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Zapier, Clay, and more
  • You have excellent written and spoken English and German skills and an exceptional feel for language and messaging

You don’t need a background in sales or a deep knowledge of compliance—just a strong desire to learn and contribute.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • English (fluent) and German (C2 level)
  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a university program
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, async-friendly remote environment
Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with the founding team and GTM lead to help shape the way we identify opportunities, engage with prospects, and refine our positioning.
You’ll gain hands-on experience, real ownership, and a front-row seat to the inner workings of a fast-growing B2B startup. We’ll give you guidance and context, but you’ll have the space to think creatively, test ideas, and make your mark.

You will:

  • Research and identify target companies and leads matching our ideal customer profile
  • Source and qualify outbound leads by applying qualification frameworks such as PACTT
  • Triage and qualify inbound leads from marketing activities
  • Manage prospecting work-flow in Sales Navigator and HubSpot
  • Set up discovery meetings with the sales team
  • Report regularly to the CEO in weekly 1:1s and sales meetings
  • Consistently meet or overachieve on activity and monthly Sales Accepted Lead targets
  • Feedback prospect learnings to the Secfix product team to help refine our go-to-market positioning and playbook
