Ontime Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive specializing in Interior Fitout to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing our presence in the interior fitout sector. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fitout market Build and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, designers, and contractors Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and client needs Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client specifications Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of projects Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote our services and expand the network Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions to management Proven business development experience in the interior fitout or related fields Strong understanding of interior design principles and fitout processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
