Description
  • Business Growth & Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out market, including commercial, residential, and corporate sectors. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients. Monitor project milestones and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design, construction, or fit-out industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and network effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • UAE Driving License holder
