Description
ROLE SNAPSHOT:  We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Interns who will work closely with our sales and customer experience team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in B2C sales, customer engagement, and revenue generation in a fast-paced startup environment.  WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION: * Engage with users via calls, chats, and follow-ups to drive conversions * Understand customer needs and recommend relevant services (pujas, chadhava, products, etc.) * Build strong relationships with users and ensure a seamless experience * Drive repeat purchases through proactive follow-ups and personalized engagement * Handle customer queries and concerns with empathy and clarity * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress * Identify high-intent users and convert them into paying customers * Work towards daily/weekly sales and performance targets * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Who Can Apply * Students or recent graduates (BBA, MBA, or similar fields preferred) * Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English * Interest in sales, business development, or customer engagement * Comfortable speaking with customers over calls * Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn * Prior internship or experience in sales/telesales is a plus (not mandatory) WHAT YOU’LL GAIN * Hands-on experience in B2C sales & business development * Exposure to working in a high-growth startup environment * Opportunity to develop communication, negotiation, and conversion skills * Performance-based incentives (if applicable) * Potential full-time opportunity based on performance
