Job Description Business Development Intern 2/16/2026 Position Type/Hours: Summer Intern position. 40 hours per week. Part-time status. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Position Profile: The Business Development Intern is responsible for assisting the team with the completion of activities and tasks that may result in the sale of custom web converting and coating equipment. The intern will be using technical and organizational resources to assist the business unit in several different areas of need. Essential Functions: * Assist Sales Admin. & Support Analyst as needed. * Assist Sales Leader as needed. * Work within Salesforce, assisting team members with reports and data entry. * Assist in preparation of quotes and sales information for customers. * Participate in weekly team meetings. * Assist with tradeshow coordination as needed. * Assist the Market Segment Specialist as needed. Education and Experience: * Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in Sales, Marketing or related field. Competencies: * Strong communication and presentation skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office products * Thorough with details and capable of managing multiple tasks * Communication Proficiency (Verbal and Written) * Self-motivation and leadership skills Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee occasionally is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand for long periods of time while attending tradeshows. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
