JOB DESCRIPTION * Assist in administrative support. * Support in documentations & filing. * Data entry & record keeping. * Handle courier and documentation processing. * Assist in following up with external parties eg Landlord, traffic count part timer, etc.  * Gather business intelligence within the market place and prepare documentations.  * Work closely and resolve issues with other department members or management. * Other ad-hoc project/task as assigned by superior.   JOB REQUIREMENT * Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any fields. * Minimum CGPA of 3.0. * Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
