With offices in Malaysia and Thailand, we're looking for a business development intern to support the Malaysia sales team. Job Description What You’ll Be Doing This is a hands-on sales internship focused on real pipeline building and revenue support. Support outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email and structured outreach Identify and qualify HR and Operations decision-makers in hotels Book product demos for the Sales Manager Research hotel groups, market trends and competitors Maintain and update the CRM and sales pipeline Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks and outreach campaigns Join client meetings and observe how B2B SaaS sales conversations are run Support cross-functional initiatives between sales, product and marketing You’ll gain exposure to how B2B SaaS sales works — from lead generation to deal progression. Qualifications We’d Love to Hear From You If You’re pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field You communicate clearly and confidently in English (written and verbal) You’re proactive, organised and comfortable reaching out to professionals You’re resilient and not discouraged by rejection You’re detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and systems You’re interested in SaaS, hospitality tech or startup environments You’re comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools Bonus: You’re interested in building a long-term career in sales, business development or startups.
Responsibilities
