Business Development & UAE/MENA Market Expansion Description: The intern will join the Business Development team and support MASS Analytics’ expansion across the UAE and wider MENA region. This includes market research, building target account lists, identifying key decision-makers, conducting outbound prospecting, and helping generate qualified pipeline for our MMM and analytics solutions. The intern will also participate in shaping our regional go-to-market strategy and supporting ongoing commercial conversations. Key Attributes / Main Competencies: Strong research and analytical skills Curiosity for marketing, data, and business growth Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and manage priorities Interest in the UAE/MENA business landscape Proactive mindset and willingness to learn outbound tools (HubSpot, Apollo) Learning Outcomes: Understand how to run structured BD and SDR processes aligned with revenue targets Gain hands-on experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation Learn how to analyze a new market and build a regional expansion plan Develop familiarity with CRM, enrichment, and outreach tools Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps Build confidence in stakeholder outreach and commercial conversations
