SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within financial products or SME credit.
  • Demonstrated success in a sales role with direct client interaction, including cold and warm calling.
  • Strong communication (proficiency in both English & Arabic is preferred), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven with a client-centered approach.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Sales Internfor our new SME Credit product, you will work on establishing and expanding our customer base. This role requires hands-on engagement, with a focus on cold calling, warm client follow-ups, and comprehensive sales support. Your main goal will be to drive applications for SME loans, address client questions, and effectively resolve any objections. We are looking for a driven, results-oriented sales leader who is proactive and client-focused.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct cold outreach to potential clients and follow up with warm leads to promote our SME credit solutions (and other upcoming solutions)
  • Engage with clients to present loan options, respond to inquiries, and address objections with professionalism and empathy.
  • Develop and keen understanding of existing solutions in the market, while utilising the same for differentiation amongst competitors and for formulating a feedback loop to our product and business teams
  • Develop and sustain long-term client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the loan application journey.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system.
  • Track and analyze key sales funnels and metrics, prepare regular performance reports.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and support ongoing improvements in the sales process
