Role Overview You will be a key member of the Manatal sales team assisting in the successful acquisition of new clients. This role is for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is seeking a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Qualify inbound leads in order to ensure that potential customers match defined eligibility criteria. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Use cold calling and other outbound tactics to reach out to prospects, creating a great first impression and inspiring them to learn how Manatal can benefit their business. Research accounts, identify prospective key stakeholders through outbound research methods. Understand and analyze customers' business needs, technical requirements, and current challenges. Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting the relevant product capabilities to demonstrate value. Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects, then set up meetings between prospects and members of our Customer Success team. Utilize Outreach sequences to achieve weekly prospecting metrics and optimize prospecting techniques. Hit and consistently exceed targets. Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM. Analyze commercial results to identify potential opportunities and improvements in products, technology, and internal operational models. Other tasks as assigned by the CEO and management. Requirements 0-3 years of business development experience. Excellent consultative and solution-selling skills. Superb communication skills (written and verbal). High energy levels, a high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, and confidence. Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment. Comfortable using tools such as CRM for process management and reporting. Comfortable with different shift allocation (12 PM to 9 PM).
