BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP (M/F/D)

Join Wellster, one of Europe’s fastest-growing healthtech companies, on a mission to make everyday healthcare more accessible. As the Business Development Assistant to CEO, you’ll work directly with top leadership to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across the company.

Your tasks would be…

  • Supporting the leadership team with data-driven insights and performance metrics to guide decision-making
  • conducting comprehensive research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and strategic projects that align with our growth objectives, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
  • Coordinating cross-functional efforts between Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure aligned messaging and execution
  • Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, support market entry strategies, and assist in partnership development

You will fit well, when…

  • You have (ideally) previous experience in consulting, consumer goods, or startup/scaleup environments
  • You have Strong analytical mindset with hands-on Excel and data visualization skills
  • You are entrepreneurial, curious, and proactive attitude – you’re not afraid to take ownership
