This role is essential for supporting the growth strategy of the company and driving new business initiatives. Responsibilities Assisting the business development team in identifying and exploring growth opportunities, potential partnerships, and new markets. Conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions. Preparing presentations and reports to support proposals and business cases. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and align with market needs. Supporting the development of proposals, bids, and other documents required for business development. Maintaining relationships with existing clients and supporting outreach efforts to attract new clients. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic planning. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, other Life Sciences, or a related field. Master's degree in Life Sciences, a related field or Business Administration shall be considered a plus Internship or some experience in business development or regulatory affairs, within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Proactive approach, demonstrating initiative and the willingness to learn. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects effectively. Responsibilities
