Responsibilities

As a Business Development Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in advising on strategic priorities, coordinating growth initiatives, and enhancing our market presence. You’ll be the engine behind our client engagement, bid strategies, and CRM intelligence—helping us make informed, impactful decisions.

Key duties

  • Support the International Market Leader in GTM strategies for sectors and markets.
  • Lead the development of project bids, value propositions, and external communications.
  • Manage and enhance CRM systems and client data for strategic insights.
  • Coordinate BD event planning and client pre-positioning efforts.
  • Collaborate across global BD, marketing, and sector leadership teams.
  • Drive lessons learned initiatives and manage client feedback processes.
  • Collating, sharing and disseminating best practice and lessons learned from bid feedback.
  • Monitoring bid feedback, analysing our win / loss results and identify potential areas for improvement
