CREDZU is a lean, founder-funded startup transforming the $4.2B credit repair industry. Our platform fixes the industry’s biggest problems—lack of trust, compliance risk, and consumer dissatisfaction—through escrow, pay-per-point accountability, and automation.
We already have hundreds of referral partners, pilot programs with major companies, and a proven system. Now we’re ready to scale, and we’re looking for the right Business Development Lead to make it happen.

Responsibilities

As Business Development Lead, you’ll work directly with the Founder to grow, activate, and manage referral partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and qualify referral partners (mortgage brokers, lenders, real estate agents, insurance agents, CRMs).
  • Conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and deliver presentations.
  • Onboard new partners and keep existing ones engaged.
  • Track activity in CRM, monitor partner performance, and re-engage inactive partners.
  • Recommend automations and process improvements to help us scale lean.
  • Over time, build playbooks, procedures, and eventually a team.

This is not a typical sales job — it’s both a business development role and a ground-floor opportunity to help shape and lead a department in a company positioned to reshape an entire industry.
