Job Title: Business Development Lead
Industry: Interior Design
Location: Fully Remote (Onsite once a month in Ikeja, Lagos)
Salary: NGN 400,000/month
Job Responsibilities
-Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
-Identify client pain points and recommend tailored interior design solutions to address their needs.
-Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
-Create and present business proposals customized to meet clients’ specific requirements.
-Oversee the sales process to ensure seamless customer experiences.
-Generate revenue by identifying opportunities and aligning them with company offerings.
-Manage and grow the sales team, providing mentorship and setting clear goals.
-Foster a collaborative environment that drives performance and innovation.
-Use CRM software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage client relationships and streamline operations.
-Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and align offerings with market demands.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with mandatory experience in the interior design industry.
Familiarity with CRM software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability to manage and grow sales teams effectively.
