The Role We're looking for an experienced Business Development Lead to drive new enterprise customer acquisition for Jobstreet Singapore. This is a player-coach role where you'll own a portfolio of enterprise accounts while leading and mentoring a small high-performing team. You'll be responsible for bringing new enterprise logos into Jobstreet's full suite of talent solutions. This role reports into the Sales Director for Jobstreet Singapore. Job Description Hunt & Close: Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise customers based in Singapore Lead by Example: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 2 sales professionals (1 enterprise, 1 SME), driving performance through coaching and hands-on guidance Navigate Complexity: Build relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders across HR, TA, and business functions Drive Strategy: Develop account plans and sales strategies to penetrate target enterprise segments Collaborate: Work closely with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Marketing to optimize the sales motion and customer experience Qualifications Required: 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with proven track record of new logo acquisition Strong mentorship and coaching capabilities - you elevate those around you and roll your sleeves up to work with your team through challenges Experience selling to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes Self-starter mentality with ability to prospect, qualify, and close independently Excellent communication and presentation skills Other Qualifications, Skills and Experience Background in job boards, HR tech, recruitment solutions, B2B SaaS, or marketplace businesses Experience with off-the-shelf product sales (vs. custom-built IT solutions) Existing network within Singapore's enterprise market Prior people management experience Additional Information At SEEK, we are passionate about fostering a culture of inclusion and wellbeing that embraces and values the diversity of our people.
