EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university (engineering preferred), master’s degree in business preferred.
  • 5-10 years sales operations experience and/or training; or extensive project management/customer interaction required.
  • Experience driving workflow efficiencies and best practices for sales teams strongly desired.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and business intelligence teams
  • In-depth knowledge of the specific industry the business operates in.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders including senior management
  • Sales and Negotiation: Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and closing deals.
