Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow new business opportunities. Lead online & offline canvassing efforts to expand the leads pipeline. Build and maintain high-level relationships with key clients and partners. Negotiate and structure commercial deals based on client needs and market trends. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new customers understand and maximize the value of our products/services. Drive user performance by analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketplace operations and customer experience. Monitor market trends and competitors to develop innovative approaches for business growth. Lead and mentor the Business Development team to achieve sales targets and company objectives. Job Requirements: 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management. Proven track record in the marketplace, agency, or omnichannel industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment. Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities. Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and market opportunities.
