About 2070Health W Health Ventures has set up India’s first healthcare-focused Venture Studio called 2070 Health—an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new venture. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech, BabyMD, and Everhope Oncology. Key responsibilities: · Build and maintain relationships with GPs and external doctors to drive referrals · Conduct daily field visits and weekly engagement follow-ups · Ensure brand presence through local events, awareness drives, and CMEs · Track and report referral flow, doctor engagement quality, and conversion metrics · Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimise referral-to-surgery funnel Performance targets: · Weekly and monthly referral count targets · Doctor visit frequency and relationship quality benchmarks · Referral-to-conversion rate tracking · Participation in local events and engagement campaigns Requirements: · Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills · 1–5 years of experience in field sales or hospital marketing preferred · Background in pharma, diagnostics, or hospital referral roles is ideal · Comfortable with local travel and fieldwork; two-wheeler preferred · Goal-driven with strong reporting discipline
