We are hiring on behalf of an established logistics and delivery company with a strong UAE presence and growing regional reach. The business spans last-mile delivery, warehousing, fulfilment, and e-commerce logistics. This is a chance to own the growth agenda, win strategic clients, and build a pipeline across the UAE and beyond.

What the Role Involves

You will drive new business across the company's logistics and fulfilment services. That means hunting new opportunities, acquiring high-value B2B clients, and building lasting relationships with partners and stakeholders. You will run the full cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing, then working with operations to onboard clients smoothly.

Day to day, you will:

• Identify and develop new business across the UAE and wider markets.
• Win clients for 3PL, warehousing, fulfilment, e-commerce logistics, and last-mile delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Track market trends, opportunities, and competitor activity to guide expansion.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close new contracts.
• Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, and service agreements tailored to each client.
• Partner with operations and customer service for seamless onboarding and delivery.
• Manage key accounts, driving satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain an active pipeline and report on performance to management.
• Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and client-acquisition targets.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years in business development, sales, or account management within logistics, courier, transportation, 3PL, or supply chain.
• Strong track record in 3PL, fulfilment, and e-commerce logistics solutions.
• Proven success acquiring and managing high-value B2B clients.
• Solid grasp of warehousing, distribution, and last-mile operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and a nose for new market opportunities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
