We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team and focus on our B2B Car Rental Clients. This segment offers a huge opportunity for highly driven sales professionals who are eager to make an impact. In this role, you will be: Establishing contact and developing relationships with business owners and other stakeholders in the Auto Industry Developing database of leads through referrals, telephone, canvassing, face-to-face, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, and networking Selling value-added products and subscriptions to new and existing accounts Meeting weekly and monthly sales KPIs (value and volume) Providing client training to ensure efficient and continuous use of the service and providing performance regular reviews and reports to ensure maximum client retention Consistently and continuously monitoring client's health and quality metrics’ ensuring they are in line with management’s expectations and ensuring efficient use of service and no malpractice. Communicating effectively to manage clients’ expectations to ensure they receive a great dubizzle experience. Reviewing clients’ accounts and highlighting areas where the client can improve their performance to get more out of their listing. 2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience with at least 1 year of B2B sales. Online sales experience is a bonus. Fluent in English and Arabic. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven company Strong computer skills with excellent MS office knowledge. Proven success in previous sales roles. Familiarity with the dubizzle website A fast-paced, high-performing team.
