REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 10–15 years of experience in business development or sales within FFCE, interior fit-out, or joinery.
  • Proven track record of securing large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of FFCE products, sourcing, and supply chain.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp is a plus.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) – FFCE to lead sales growth in the furniture, fixtures, and equipment sector. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing medium to large-scale projects in hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new FFCE business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop long-term relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and procurement teams.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and tender submissions in collaboration with design and procurement teams.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Oversee smooth project handover to operations and maintain client communication throughout.
  • Maintain CRM records, analyze performance, and contribute to sales strategy.
