REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10–15 years of proven experience in business development or sales within FFCE, interior fit-out, or joinery.
  • Strong track record in securing large-scale projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of FFCE products, sourcing, and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD/SketchUp is an advantage.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) – FFCE to drive sales growth in the furniture, fixtures, and equipment sector. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and securing medium to large-scale projects across hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and procurement teams.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and tender submissions in collaboration with design and procurement teams.
  • Lead negotiations, finalize commercial terms, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure seamless project handover to operations while maintaining ongoing client communication.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
