Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time parental leave contract.
Starting in October 2025 and continuing through to February 2027, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, drive growth, and build strong client relationships.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Proactively research and identify new prospects for market segments including but not limited to Corporate, Government and Business Events
  • Business development of new accounts from all market segments that identified real need for the location and hotels.
  • Maximise opportunities within the competitor set and drive sales activity to achieve and exceed targets
  • Build, develop and maintain relationships with our current client base
  • Proactively selling other Accor products and services.
  • Work with Sales and other operational departments to achieve excellence in customer service and repeat business from managed accounts.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Your sales flair will be complemented by strong time-management, and administrative skills
  • Proven track record of achievement in sales with previous experience in similar role in a hotel
  • Experience working with Cvent and Delphi is desirable.
  • Full working rights in Australia
