We are seeking an experienced business development manager to drive corporate, MICE, wholesales and inbound business growth. Job Description What you will be doing: Drive business growth and make a commercial impact Secure new group, event and room night business across segments Position the resort as a compelling destination for business and leisure Lead presentations, contract negotiations and rate strategy Maximise yield and long-term account profitability Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless guest delivery Deliver strategic reporting aligned to revenue and target performance Represent the resort at industry events and trade shows Qualifications What you bring to the role: Proven BDM or senior sales experience within hospitality Strong corporate and MICE networks with demonstrated conversion success Commercial expertise across yield, contracting and revenue performance Ability to generate new business and grow high-value accounts Strategic thinking with confident negotiation skills Experience with PMS and sales management systems Leadership presence that supports collaboration and accountability Genuine appreciation for experience-led, destination-driven travel Additional Information What is in it for you?
