Come on in and check them out! Job Description Drive business development and account management across Corporate, MICE, Wholesale, Inbound and Leisure segments. Manage and grow key accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Promote Accor brands, products and services to maximise revenue and market share. Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, networking events and trade shows. Negotiate contracts, rates and terms in line with hotel revenue and profitability objectives. Build strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, PCOs and industry partners. Work collaboratively with Revenue, Marketing and Operations teams to achieve hotel objectives. Maintain accurate client records, account plans, forecasts and sales reports within approved systems. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities. Represent the hotel and Accor professionally while ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards Qualifications Qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel sales, business development or account management. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales/PMS systems. Valid Australian Driver's License.
