REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, especially for Latin America markets.
  • Solid understanding of the Americas business landscape, including cultural nuances, economic trends, and regulatory dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Proactive, client-focused, and solutions-oriented approach with a passion for business development.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Start-up mindset with a results-driven focus, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and events as required.
