We are a café and floral concept looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and increase sales. This role is commission-based only — ideal for candidates who are confident in their sales abilities and want to earn based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize repeat business.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
• Represent the company at client meetings, events, and exhibitions.
• Report regularly on progress, leads, and sales performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Knowledge of F&B or retail sector is a plus.
• Based in Dubai with the ability to attend meetings and events.

Compensation:

• Commission-based only (details to be discussed during interview).
