Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our real estate brokerage firm.
This role requires a proactive professional with a strong background in sales, market analysis, and client relationship management, along with a deep understanding of real estate markets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in real estate business.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract high-net-worth clients and institutional investors.
· Analyze market trends in real estate to inform business strategies.
· Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance service offerings.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
· Deliver onboarding instruction to novice sales associates.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
· Experience: Minimum of 15 years in Real Estate Industry
o experience in business development, sales, or client management in real estate.
o Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets.
o Experience working with high-net-worth clients or institutional investors is highly desirable.
· Skills and Competencies:
o Deep knowledge of real estate markets, including residential, commercial, or investment properties.
o Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and financial data.
o Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
o Knowledge in operating CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
o Familiarity with regulatory requirements for real estate.
